Reply To: Stimulus or cue?
She hasn’t done it before. I walked towards her and she sat. Normally, if I walk towards her, she doesn’t sit. What would she have done if I stood still? I don’t know. I think she was totally puzzed because I was just standing there, because that is not my usual behavior.
She doesn’t have to be a recall/refind dog. She could be and stay and bark dog, but she doesn’t bark. That leaves recall/refind.
Why don’t you like recall/refind?
